Internal description
Personal choice and control is the central idea in disability support — we nurture it, we advocate for it, and we protect it at all costs. Whether we’re supporting our customer directly or supporting those who do, we are motivated to deliver exceptional experiences and foster meaningful relationships. We do this by prioritising our customers’ needs at every step of the way. We never assume; we always ask. It’s never about us; it’s always about them.

Help Enterprises has seven distinct service lines. Our service lines stand to represent and unite similar offerings under one umbrella.
Each service line is underpinned by a unique single-minded proposition (SMP). These propositions are designed to capture the single most compelling thing we can tell our audience about the service line. Use these SMPs as springboards to inspire creative and on-brand ideas.
Graphically, individual service line names are housed inside graphic pods. Embracing the slightly rounded corners of HELP’s other graphic elements, the pod is simple, neat, and works well for a range of applications, an example can be seen below.
