Our brand

Brand story

Our brand story brings together the key elements that define and differentiate our brand. In essence, it’s the story we tell ourselves that informs the stories we tell others.

One door to open many

Our brand line is the heartbeat of Help Enterprises. It captures the essence of who we are and what drives us. It demonstrates our focus on creating a ripple effect of positive change — in people’s lives, across industries, and in the world.

An ecosystem of opportunity

Our value proposition is the implicit promise we make to our audience and the core benefit we deliver. We are dedicated to building an ecosystem of opportunity for our customers, partners, and team.

It’s important that our brand narrative remains consistent, unified, and clear. The following descriptions of Help Enterprises have been crafted to help ensure we always present a consistent brand story, no matter the platform or occasion.

Short

We are a social enterprise helping people with disability to live ambitiously.

Longer

We are a Queensland based social enterprise with a 50+ year history — offering an ever-evolving ecosystem of opportunity, empowering people with disability to live fulfilling, independent lives.

While we welcome all people with disability, our unique capabilities enable us to provide specialised support to people with cognitive disability and autism — helping them achieve the things they set out to.

Longest

HELP is a social enterprise helping people with disability lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Over the past 50+ years, we’ve created an integrated network of services to provide people with disability the essentials, routine, and stretch they seek in life.

While we welcome all PWD, our unique capabilities enable us to provide specialised support to people with cognitive disability.

Whether it’s employment, learning, living arrangements, community involvement, health services or anything else in between — we work alongside our customers to help them achieve the things they set out to.

We do this with the help of our social enterprise businesses; organisational partnerships; and DES and NDIS service streams.

We like to think of it as an ecosystem of opportunity.
